How many children can attend?

Highland House Candies requires a 10 child minimum and a maximum of 15.
What is the duration of the party?

Parties are 90 minutes long
What is included in each package?

Chef Hats, tablecloths, paper goods, and all needed supplies for this fun filled time.
When and where are parties held

Parties are available at our Highland House Candies location at 140 Pine Street, Hamburg NY 14075. We will hold parties on Saturdays at 10am, 12:30 pm, or 3pm – there will be some black out weekends around Major Holidays. If Saturdays, do not work please contact us. Each party requires 1 adult guardian to remain with the children. We provide adequate staffing for our parties and since there is limited room for additional parents, we ask you to remind your guests that this is a drop off party. The Village of Hamburg is a great place and that is the perfect opportunity for parents to explore the many small businesses that our Village has to offer.
Do you require a deposit?

Highland House Candies requires a $75 deposit at the time of booking. Balance needs to be paid 24 hours before event. Please see our party terms and conditions before booking.
Can you include favors?

Absolutely! Each child will receive a bag of cotton candy to take home.
What exactly do the packages entail?

Check out each party description to see what each party will entail! Just be assured that our parties are fun and involve lots of chocolate.
Do you include food and decorations?

Highland House Candies does not include any party food. All packages include tablecloths, paper goods, and water/juice. You are welcome to bring in decorations and balloons as they see fit with the following restrictions: * No decorations may be "pinned", nailed, or taped to any surface. * No flames aside from candles on cakes. * No glitter or confetti You are also welcome to bring your own food but we ask that you do not bring in any additional candy. You can also order pizza or subs from the small businesses in Hamburg that will deliver to the store. You can also order a birthday cake or cupcakes from a local business that will deliver them to the store the day of the party. For an additional fee a cotton candy cake can be ordered from us.
What about allergies?

Nuts: Although we do our best to keep our party room nut free, we are not a nut free facility. We absolutely cannot support parties that have a child that has an airborne nut allergy. Please notify us if there are any allergies that we need to be aware of. Your guest’s enjoyment and safety is our first priority. All other allergies: Soy allergies can also not be supported. Dairy allergies can be supported by requesting to have dark chocolate – this request needs to be made at the time of booking. Children with severe allergies will require a signed waiver. We take allergies very seriously and apologize in advance if we are not able to support some allergies for our children’s parties but this is for the safety of your children. We are willing to go up and beyond to try and accommodate as best as we can to support allergen parties. For all questions please contact us via phone or email.
